Refunds
To receive a course refund, you must submit a withdrawal request within 45 days of registration. To receive this refund, you must submit a written request for a withdrawal to the Student
Services office.
If you withdraw within 14 days of registration, you will be refunded 100 percent of the course
tuition minus $10 per assignment submitted. If it has been more than 14 but not more than 45 days
since you registered, you will be refunded 60 percent of the course tuition minus $10 per
assignment submitted.
Refunds will not be issued for the
administrative fee
or any other nonrefundable charges.
There will be no refund after 45 days.
Tuition paid by credit card will be refunded to your credit card
within one to two weeks of your withdrawal request. If you paid by
check or money order, you may expect a refund check to be mailed to you
within six to eight weeks of your withdrawal request. You will
receive a confirmation letter by mail once your withdrawal has been
processed.
