Transcripts
UW-Extension issues an official transcript that indicates undergraduate credits, high school credits, and continuing education units (CEUs) for course work satisfactorily completed through Independent Learning. You may order copies of your transcript for $5.00 each. Forms for ordering transcripts are provided in each course guide or may be obtained by contacting UW-Extension:

If you provided us with a permit from a UW campus when you registered and have signed a consent form, we will automatically send your transcript to the appropriate office at that institution at no charge.
