To receive a registration form by mail, please contact us.

Step One
- Complete registration form available in back of catalog.
- Additional registration forms may be requested from Student Services.
Step Two
Calculate the Costs:
- List course tuition printed in catalog, or call Student Services for the current tuition.
- Add the
administrative fee.
- The sum of these fees is your total course cost.
